AIS offers four customized plans to complement your repair and preventive maintenance needs. Consider the importance of preserving the longevity of your ultrasound machine by proactively preparing yourself in case there is a failure of a power supply, pc circuit board, ultrasound monitor or transducer. Our rates are reasonable, our technicians are knowledgeable and servicing your ultrasound equipment is what our company is designed to do.

All Imaging Systems does not "cookie-cutter" your facility. In other words, we don't believe what is good for a hospital, a small practioner must abide by too. We build a program that works for your facility, your budget. Whether you need us on-call with a rapid response, you just want to call us for PMs, or when the ultrasound machine seems faulty, we will design the maintenance program. Some popular service agreements we currently work are Time and Materials, Annual Contract, or just 2 PMs per year - we communicate to uncover how you want us to cover your equipment and minimize your downtime.

Full Service Contract
The Full Service plan covers your whole system. Travel, labor and parts plus two PM’s per year.

Parts Contract
The Parts plan covers parts only plus two PM’S per year.

Travel & Labor Contract
The Travel and Labor plan covers travel and labor cost plus two PM’S per year.

Preventive Maintenance Contract
Preventive Maintenance plan covers two PM services and inspections per year.

NOTE: Any item(s) found damaged upon receipt due to abuse or negligence will not be covered under any of the above contracts and accordingly, will be billed to the customer.
