Stick-on Ultrasound – A Revolution?

A stick-on patch that can take an ultrasound scan of a person’s insides while they go about their daily lives has been called a revolution in medical imaging.
The patch, which is about the size of a postage stamp, can take pictures of blood vessels, the digestive system, and internal organs for up to 48 hours. This gives doctors a more complete picture of a patient’s health than the snapshots they get from regular scans.
